Well...after a bit of time out of coaching due to setting up bike360, I've started coaching again.
Come in to bike360 in Rosebank rd in Avondale if you get the chance and check out the new training zone being created (due for completion at the end of easter).
There is a dedicated spin class area, specialist nutrition/body care area, The new Relaxium Elite trainer for sports testing (performing the CONI test etc) so I can see exactly where my clients are on the fitness/improvment scale.
A BT erg is available for hire for those really hard work-outs (on site)...aswell as wind-trainers for the winter wind trainer classes should you need it.
